2. Data We Collect
- Profile Information: Name, username, email address, and profile pictures supplied during sign-up or retrieved via Google OAuth login.
- Activity Data: Habit lists, streaks, task summaries, milestones, and achievements recorded on your timeline.
- Microphone Permission: Used exclusively to record and capture voice prompts for our **Voice-to-Task** AI converter. We never record in the background or use audio for other purposes.
- Camera/Photo Permissions: Used only when you capture or upload photos for profile customization, group icons, or **Photo AI** integrations.
🔒 Group Chat & Messaging Privacy Rules
Consistency Daily strictly isolates and secures your messaging privacy:
- Public Group Restriction: All chat logs, images, and audio messages sent inside a public group are visible only to the joined members of that specific public group chat.
- Absolute Isolation: No other person, external viewer, third party, or unjoined user can access, view, or search these messages under any circumstances.
- Zero Data Mining: We do not scan, index, analyze, or sell your messaging data. It is kept strictly safe and restricted to your chat window.
3. Payment Security & Processing
All subscription billing is handled directly and securely through our payment provider partner, Razorpay. Consistency Daily never accesses, sees, or stores your credit cards, banking credentials, or UPI credentials. Razorpay processes payments in 100% compliance with strict PCI-DSS standards.
4. How We Use & Share Information
We never sell your data. We only share information with reliable infrastructure partners required to make the app work:
- Cloud Providers: Secure database sync and hosting (Vercel & cloud database clusters).
- Cloudinary: Safe storage of profile pictures and uploaded group media.
- Firebase Services: Triggering real-time notifications for chat alerts and habit reminders.
5. Absolute Deletion Right
We respect your right to be forgotten. Clicking Delete Account in your settings will trigger a complete cascade deletion: our database will instantly and permanently wipe your email, username, habit logs, voice logs, and all historical records from our servers with zero delay.
